This Australian Federal Government anti-corruption site exits solely to publicise accusations against the Australian Federal police, Department of Foreign Affairs DFAT and the Department of the Australian Attorney General. I Accuse with names, their official positions, dates and times of attempted murder, torture: using burning cigarettes and electrical cables placed on my body, of starvation: 108kg down to 46kg see jail photos attached, of denial of food, water and needed medicines, and multiple rapes over months into years that DFAT were told in writing and face to face meetings about and that multiple Australian Consul's repeatedly stated "WE WILL NOT HELP YOU IN ANY WAY." I accuse most vehemently the Government of Australia of completely breaching its obligations under the United Nations Human Right Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman and Degrading Treatment ..., which Australia became signatory (1753) to in 1983 and Ratified/ Accession to in 1989.
I accuse the Australian Federal police Commissioner's Mr Tony Negus and Mr Andrew Colvin, Bangkok Station Head Mr John Tanti: a self-confessed spy, and his henchman Ms Anita van Hilst & other involved AFP staffers- see below, DFAT Department of Foreign Affairs Minister Ms Julie Bishop & dozens of named officials- also see below, and the Department of the Attorney General George Henry Brandis of the above heinous crimes and a lot more ...

Now let's start: I accuse the following individuals and Australian Government Departments:
Australian Federal police Commissioner's Mr Tony Negus and Mr Andrew Colvin of fraudulently scheming a case against me in a foreign jurisdiction to seek attention and fame by maliciously posting despicable, blatantly false, fabricated, defamatory accusations that I engaged in sexual impropriety. And the bashing of witnesses to progress that case. Of holding meetings with DFAT, as told me by Australian Consuls with view to refuse all Consular assistance.
Mr John Tanti Bangkok station head AFP and self-confessed former spy, Anita van Hilst his AFP underling and the then AFP Commissioner Tony William Negus AO, APM and other AFP employees of fabricating malicious statements against me—see below Tanti's letter to a Thai government General dated 30 October 2012.
I indict TONY NEGUS APM Commissioner of the AFP of complete falsehood in his statement to the Australian Judiciary that I was acting criminally in the Philippines to obtain a search warrant to my Sydney home—see my flatmates statement below that nothing was found. Included in that criminal entry using false evidence are Ms Natalie Low her business card email <natalie.low@afp.gov.au> and the lead criminal Ms Nicole de Abel with her business card hand written invitation to "Please call 92864058 Thank you Nicole". Its email is <nicole.deabel@afp.gov.au>. My flatmate John Stokes was harrassed for hours on Tuesday 30 October 2012 starting at 7:30AM to around noon. I confirm the AFP have never approached me or Mr Stokes in Australia since; No Charges, No Questions: Zero. But the AFP have maliciously released with deliberate intent press statements to the SMH & cub reporter Nick Ralston are complicit; slandering me hugely. With, as usual for these abhorrent long necked blue coated giraffes, no evidence whatsoever. The SMH have never responded to me.
Furthermore, John Tanti did write a 3 page scandal sheet dated 30 October 2012 defaming me monstrously to a Thai Maj. General Chaowalit Sawangpuet sooling the Thai police onto me with pleading and grovelling, embarrassingly I posit, for "His valuable assistance, friendship and ongoing cooperation which you provide to the Australian Federal Police." Tanti names Anita van Hilst in this letter, which is as below. Tanti and van Hilst on Friday morning the 2nd November 2012 travelled to the Thai province of Chantaburi to the family I home-stayed with, and John Tanti himself, with these Thai police did assault the father of the family Mr Supin Saowaphan in the face to force him to sign a prewritten complaint against me of sexual impropriety.
I further accuse Tanti and van Hilst of entering into Ratchatarn jail hospital masquerading as DFAT officials on Tuesday 20 November 2012 at 14:05 hours and threatening me face to face with the following words 'We will arrange that you die and rot in this prison'. Gentle readers please remember these words of this Australian Federal police officer as they bear on everything that follows. I accuse Tanti of arranging with the hospital senior manager General Pin to access this restricted area, and authorised for me that afternoon to being thrown into a small steel cage and denied all medicine, food and water; whilst I had double lumbar pneumonia- See below Inpatient Memorial Hospital Medical Certificate by Resident M.D Chamadol Rattanasawasd from the day before van Hilst's arrest of me at Suwarnabhum Bangkok airport. As a direct result of their inhumane action I did not pass a bowel motion for 55 days. I was in extremis - near death.
On Monday 18 November 2013 AFP officer Anita van Hilst again returned to Chantaburi to the courthouse, and threatening the Saowaphan family before their testimony to state lies about me. All 5 family members emphatically stated to her and in sworn testimony that day I was a good man and that they were menaced into signing papers the AFP put in front of them. That court testimony is attached for your viewing. Sadly Mrs Amphone Saowaphan died, I heard later from the family from continued intimidation by the AFP. So yet another murder notched in the AFP's belt of dishonour. In court that day the family got on their knees in front of me to beg forgiveness for what had happened. Everyone was crying; the two Thai "judges" didn't want to see this and decamped from their courtroom post haste. That's Thailand for you—a failed, and degraded foreign State. Van Hilst moved from a seat 50 cm behind me to a spot in the far corner, shielded by her male Thai minder, hiding in ignominy and professional shame. What a shrimp!
It is my belief that John Tanti AFP Bkk Station Head arranged for and paid a local AFP employee, to record the court proceedings of Thursday June 19 & 20, 2014 in Bangkok Ratchadar courtroom. This same man was in exactly the same seat in an otherwise empty courtroom on both days. Yes, that is illegal; but this is the AFP we are talking about. I now call on the Federal police commissioner to acknowledge that action and publicise the recordings they conducted. And also the Chantaburi recordings where the Saowaphan family gave their full, truthful and complete account "Ian is a good man."
John TANTI AFP Bangkok Station Head stated in a military junta courtroom sworn testimony on Thursday 19 June, 2014, that "I flew into Thailand from the Phillippines from having sex with children". In fact I flew from Sydney to Bangkok direct on Thai Airways flight TG0476 on the 23 October 2012. Flight detail proof's are available. TANTI also stated under oath for hours that day that I have "A long history of raping children in Australia." I don't. In fact, not one police officer has ever knocked on my door, stopped me in the street, or called me in regarding any complaint whatsoever, in any form. It got so bad that the Thai military junta judge stopped Tanti and demanded he "List all of Ian's crimes." Tanti replied quietly, "He has none. But he will face charges on his return!" Well dear readers, I state again that I have never seen the AFP in Australia on my return: M.I.A. Missing In Action.
I ACCUSE THE AFP COMMISSIONER TONY NEGUS AND OFFICER JOHN TANTI OF PERJURY, MALICIOUS FALSEHOODS, WITH THE SOLE OUTCOME TO DESTROY MY LIFE, MY CAREER AS A SHIP'S MASTER, AND MY FAMILY RELATIONS. TO SAY NOTHING OF THE TORTURE TANTI ARRANGED IN JAIL WITH ELECTRICAL CABLES BURNING INTO ME AND LIT CIGARETTES APPLIED TO MY LEGS INCLUDING MULTIPLE RAPES OVER MULTIPLE YEARS. AND OF HOLDING MEETINGS WITH DFAT CONSULAR OFFICIALS TO PROGRESS THESE ACTIONS, WITH VIEW TO MURDER ME.
The AFP made arrangements to enter the general population jail in uniform on Sunday 17 July 2016 at 10:00 hours to directly stand in front of me and threaten me. An Australian Citizen saw this and witnessed it in a statement. He also saw first hand DFAT Consul Val Methe deliberately interfering to deny me medical aid & Mr "Prince" Seithapol Kraichomsom Consular assistant saying to this same witness about me: "Who cares?" I mentioned this incident to Consul Donna BENGTSON on her 18 October 2016 visit and when told I have a witness this creature looked gut-shot.

DFAT also held meetings with the AFP in ways to torture me, with view to kill; as stated to me by the Australian Consul to Thailand Donna BENGTSON in that same visit of Tuesday 18 October 2016 at 09:45 to 11:00. BENGTSON said to me "THE AFP ARE NOT HAPPY." I replied, "So you are holding secret meetings with the AFP over me!" Bengtson refused to be drawn further into her unanticipated and incriminating statement. AND ...
In a jail visit on Wed 22 April 2015 between 11:00 & 11:45 by the first Consular assistant "Ms Geab" Viputpan Nutsati (Visithsiri) replied mournfully to my question regarding "Is there any AFP interference?" She said categorically "I wish they wouldn't get involved." So DFAT are holding illegal meetings about me with the Australian Federal Police. This explains why DFAT Acted The Way They Did In Multiple Murder Attempt's Throughout My Jail Stay.
Newly appointed Australian Consul to Thailand Ms Donna Bengtson 1st visit 27 August 2015 13:00 to 14:00. I ask her about the 137 letters I have posted and/or handed to Consular staff. Ms Bengtson replies "I have zero knowledge." I move onto the daily rapes I am experiencing. I accuse Mr Tanomsak Shantidungoon of leading the pack as a senior trustee following directions of the nursing staff who are also guards under direct orders of the AFP. This DFAT Official refuses to acknowledge this verbal complaint or the dozens of letters about the sexual assault i.e. rapes I've written the DFAT Embassy either. It is clear Ms Bengtson will not be helping me to stop the rapes, lack of medical care, and of passing truthful information to my relatives back in Australia. I accuse Ms Donna Bengtson of attempted murder of me, accessory to sexual assaults - hundreds of rapes. Bengtson's response was to look away. I then mention I saw Dr PRAKAN, a visiting Psychiatrist and of some benefit from that. Ms Bengtson looks hard at me obviously quite displeased that I may have received any assistance. So Bengtson is another corrupted and murderous DFAT Official. I subsequently write a detailed 12 point letter summarising the meeting, addressed to Donna Bengtson. I never receive a reply and later it was denied it was ever received at the Embassy.
TORTURE. On multiple days around the 09 September 2015 I am tortured using electrical wires draped over me. I am screaming. Donna Bengtson is told and she does nothing. Certainly my family back home are not told this, even though another Australian witnesses it all; and writes an eye witness statement. DFAT Australian Consul to Thailand Donna Bengtson refuses to acknowledge or assist and I accuse her of being complicit in this AFP torture. On many days including Monday 04 February 2013 I am pulled under my arms with bare feet dragging hundreds of metres on the concrete internal jail road in a very ill semi-conscious state, wherein both big toenails are ripped out. The burning sensation is like a flame being applied to my toes and feet from friction. I am thrown face first onto the concrete with blood freely flowing from both feet and ankles. No medical care is offered. Later I wake up to burning cigarettes being applied to my legs and feet. I am screaming in agony. The guards, on John Tanti AFP Officer directions, are complicit.
Australian DFAT Consul to Thailand Val Methe 1st visit 27 October 2015 with a local Thai national. I plead with her to stop the rapes and she holds the phone away from her ear until I stop talking. If I raise that subject, she removes the phone from her ear and stares hard at me. I ACCUSE Val Methe of attempted murder, accessory to multiple rapes and torture with electrical wires and burning cigarettes applied to my legs on dozens of occasions. What a murderous vile creature it is. Also Ms Methe spits at me in a visit on Wed 09 March 2016 at 10:40 "WE WILL NOT HELP YOU IN ANY WAY." So all pretence of government care is gone: It's MURDER, TORTURE & SEXUAL ABUSE; WITH DFAT Australian Consul to Thailand Ms Val Methe ALSO IN THE DRIVERS SEAT AND THE AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE GIVING DIRECTIONS TO DFAT. I inform this DFAT Official I will write my 150th letter to the Australian Embassy. Her looks could curdle fresh milk.
By Fri 11 March 2016 I experience a fresh wave of diarrhoea & severe stomach cramps that leaves me prostrate on the ground in a foetal position. Both legs are useless and I don't understand why I am still alive? Dozens of other men have died with lesser issues. It is a mystery. My weight is about 46 kg; only skin and bone. I have been cramped in a small cell next to dead men. They go to sleep but are dead the next morning.
On Fri 29 April 2016 at 10:35 Ms Val Methe & Ms Geab Viputpan Nutsati visit. Letter 151 is discussed. The Australian Consul to Thailand Val Methe refuses to help and states vehemently "WE WILL NOT HELP YOU IN ANY WAY." The letter's serious grievous contents are dismissed out of hand.
The Senior Australian DFAT Consul to Thailand Jane Keating & Ms Geab Viputpan Nutsati visit on Wed 25 November 2015 at 12:00. Due me defecating myself in utter ill health I tell Ms Geab I must leave. Am later told by Val Methe that "Ms Jane Keating views you as problematic and will not be coming in to see you again." So this is DFAT's Senior Consul to Thailand Jane Keating: a DESPICABLE, unprofessional and a would-be murdering creature.
Multiple letters - original's are held by me, were posted to DFAT pleading, in fact begging for help with my destroyed health. NOT ONCE DID DFAT EVER RESPOND TO ASSIST ME. WHEN MY LEG WAS BLACK AND I ARRANGED OUTSIDE HOSPITAL CARE, DFAT DID EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO STOP IT. AFTER IMMEDIATE SURGERY MY FAMILY ACCUSED DFAT OF ZERO CARE, DFAT HAD NO ANSWER. Below in points 4 & 19 is my family's accusation of incredulity of DFAT's stories not aligning with reality; and DFAT's Lie-filled response.
On Wed 19.03.2014 I again write to Trudy McGowan the Australian Consul stationed in Bangkok mentioning DFAT's total failure to act as per the consular Code of Ethics with regards my medical care. There is zero response.
On Monday 10 March 2014 between 10:30 & 11:30, Ms Nutsati visited with a Jillian Margaret Worrell "a DFAT staffer flown in from Canberra". This was surprising, even for DFAT's usual heinous behaviour, that almost immediately Ms Worrell spat rabidly at me these words: "I want you to die and rot in here! We will never help you!" Worrell's face was horribly contorted as it spewed DFAT's magnificent work ethic. I cordially asked it to leave; which it did. I was uncontrollably shaking, my weight was down to 46kg but DFAT Canberra officials level this at me. Any opportunity to fully discuss the rapes endured by myself from the staff and trustees be stopped, was put aside by DFAT's complete failure in duty of care. I named names and dates in letters to DFAT; but unbeknown to me, DFAT were holding correspondence with my relatives back in Australia stating malicious falsehoods during and throughout this horrific time and zero about me being repeatedly raped. I accuse these DFAT Consular staff of being in the drivers seat in this torture, under AFP guidance.
It appeared the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs ... deliberately chose and flew Jillian Margaret Worrell to Bangkok for this attack, due its inherently vicious nature.
I suffered significant and irreparable personal injury at the hands of the Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade DFAT Minister Senator George Henry Brandis and Charles Christian Porter MP and their underlings in taking a perceptual stance and then acting as judge, jury and executioner that derailed the departments' core consular values. If not for the Ministers and employees of DFAT's criminal negligence, gross wilful negligence, wrongful acts and omissions, I could have been spared the continued physical trauma and torture and abuse, subsequent mental anguish and emotional trauma. If not for DFAT's negative involvement I would have retained my Master's Certificate as a ship's captain and been able to return to work; Fit for Sea.
I accuse these following DFAT staffers of writing malicious falsehoods about me to my family awaiting for news in Australia. I hold their original emails in my possession, my family's correspondence and my 150+ letters plus my 155 point DFAT complaint :
1. Quentin Bill DFAT Consular Emergency Centre Email Lies of Fri 07 December 2012 at 11:28PM Firstly, I was never found in possession of illegal photos - EVER. DFAT NEVER contacted any Thai hospital to "get Ian's medical records." It would have assisted my case. I also never - ever told any Australian Consul that I was feeling better from Pneumonia. In fact I was denied all medical aid and was losing my health dramatically. THIS EMAIL WAS REPLETE WITH SERIOUS LIES ABOUT ME TO MY CONCERNED FAMILY. DFAT AND QUENTIN BIL ARE LIARS AND THEIR EMAIL CONTENT'S WERE ALL ABOUT PLACATING MY FAMILY'S CONCERNS AS DFAT TRIED TO KILL ME.
2. Multiple DFAT Consular Emergency Centre sinister, deadly emails with no stated author. Lies, that all was well; whilst I was in serious declining health.
3. Kim Catania DFAT Consular Emergency Centre, in many emails and this one of Tues 14 May 2013 at 11:07 Is more Lies about me to my Family regarding adequate medical care. Firstly no girlfriend visited, nor did I ask to be transferred out of the hospital; quite the opposite. I did not mention any will & last testament. Catania's emails are full of untruths painting a rosy picture but this creature doesn't miss the opportunity to yet again state that "Ian was found in possession of child pornography." No, I WAS NOT. NO CHARGES WERE EVER LAID ABOUT SUCH SINISTER PIFFLE.
Really, I find it surprising that this corrupted federal government employee, Ms Kim Catania is it? could actually get off the couch in the AFP foyer in Canberra to even write to my family their malicious lines for them. I accuse Catania of malicious statements aimed to cause maximum harm.
4. In May 30, 2013 My concerned relatives sent a letter to DFAT Kim Catania highlighting the vast difference in DFAT email story telling. This DFAT staffer Kim Catania LIES THROUGH HER TEETH THAT DFAT ARE DOING EVERYTHING THEY CAN. DFAT were doing everything they can to deny me urgent medical care with view to kill.
5. Johnson Oshana DFAT Executive Officer in an email dated Wed 14 August 2013 at 06:04 States Black Lies to my family about me in court. I was near death and passed out. I said zero as I was unconscious. DFAT continually paint a rosy picture of their care and thoughtfulness; The truth is the opposite. DFAT was holding secret meetings with the AFP to make sure this experience was fatal; read further to where two Bangkok based Consular Officials say this.
6. Chris Martin DFAT Consular Emergency Centre Email of Thursday 12 September 2013 at 04:28AM is 100% interested in writing email(s) about charges. Not one word about my care: Zero. This Chris Martin creature is complicit in DFAT's attempt to murder me and spread pain and agony to my family.
7. Gail Banks DFAT Consular Emergency Centre, Email of Thursday 19 September 2013 at 10:29 (and her infamously ghoulish email of Wed 12 February 2014 at 2:55PM amongst other excreta) States blackest Lies about me. I am near death and DFAT actively walk away, doing nothing as I am prostrate on the concrete: DFAT ARE HAPPY! DFAT does not pass this onto my family that I was in an utter dire medical condition. But this despicable thing Gail Banks is happy to restate the AFP instigated charges against me: That gets pride of place in her email to my family. The LIES this creature has stated in lengthy emails to my relatives is unbelievably reprehensible, and beyond malicious falsehoods.
DFAT Officials based in Bangkok knew I was terribly sick and simply walked away from the general population jail dancing down the street in glee. This colossal monster freak Gail Banks was an integral part of this murderous DFAT/AFP chain. I also accuse 2nd Consular assistant Wootikrai Jitsmark of deliberately walking away without due care of me throughout all of 2013. DFAT failed miserably in their duty of care and ethical care to me in allowing this unprofessional man to not act on his visitation notes where I wrote "NEAR DEATH PLEASE HELP." Weight down to 46kg & raging fever with my left leg black and bloated. My toes couldn't be seen. DFAT did nothing!
8. Kirsten Fletcher DFAT Consular Emergency Centre, Email 15 October 2013 at 3:38PM what a black malicious creature, states paragraph after paragraph of incredible Lies about me. Deliberately trying to drive my family away from me and isolate me from them. DFAT AS MURDERERS. I was carried to the stated consular visit that morning by two inmates on orders of a guard; there was no walking stick. I did show my black leg to which 2nd Consular assistant Wootikrai Jitsmark alone, simply stared at it and said nothing about a medical plan going forward or even outside medical care/ oversight:- Zero. I confronted this fellow about him walking away from multiple visits and Why? His reply was "The prison said you didn't want to see me." I asked if "He knew I was very sick? - like this leg is black." He stated "Yes," then fell silent. He had the good grace to actually look worried; but for himself, not me. I subsequently received zero medical aid all the while creatures like Kirsten Flether write piffle to my concerned family. Oh, she did list all my supposed criminal history. Important stuff to DFAT. My beloved family are pulling their hair out with concern. They rightly view DFAT with incredulity.
9. Michael Nagle DFAT Consular Emergency Centre, Email Saturday 16 November 2013 at 01:26AM States more Lies that DFAT will do this, and DFAT will do that for me, in visiting me in Chantaburi prison - They never do. More Lies to my family of "care and professionalism". This brutish monster states at length the AFP's criminal behaviour against me. Nothing that Anita van Hilst AFP officer, threatened the family at Chantaburi courthouse on the morning of Monday 18 November 2013 to alter their veracious testimony against her and John Tanti visiting their home. Thank God they did not.
10. John H Newton DFAT Consular Emergency Centre, Tues 19 November 2013 at 10:38PM Email states more Lies about me. Mr Newton says many things but zero about the horrible actions of AFP Anita van Hilst in Chantaburi courthouse: Threatening witnesses. Zero medical care for yet another period and that I was roughly carried into the courthouse in the arms of two guards, groaning in agony. And behold : There's Anita van Hilst sitting right there at the defence box: Brazen as. The AFP did not miss one court appearance in their case against me.
When van Hilst was identified as visiting and assaulting the family on the morning of Friday 2 November 2012, she then went and sat in the courtroom farthest corner, with her Thai minder shielding her from view: Embarrassing! What a shrimp this thing is.
11. My Relatives in Australia ask and ask in emails; See email of 9 December 2013 as example, if DFAT will attend court to "report and act according." DFAT say they will, but never do! My relatives state my health is dire "Ian's leg is black due infection." DFAT REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS. AND WORSE: DO ANYTHING. DFAT gloat deliciously that my death might be near.
12. Cheryl Matthews DFAT Consular Emergency Centre in an email dated Sat 4 January 2014 at 12:41PM Writes Black Lies about me that I refused to see DFAT Consular Staff. No Embassy staff visited on the 21 December 2013! - This is a Lie. IN FACT, ALL OF 2013 DFAT KNEW I WAS NEAR DEATH, WITH BLACK LEG INFECTIONS AND WALKED AWAY AND DID NOTHING. BUT LIED TO MY FAMILY "All is okay."
I ACCUSE DFAT of deliberately attempting to murder me by working in with the AFP to refuse all medical care, that placed me in an ominous condition over the whole year of 2013. Now, in 2023 my legs are still destroyed and I use a wheelchair to ambulate in great hourly pain.
13. My Thai Lawyer writes an honest letter about my serious medical state to local DFAT assistant Ms Viputpan Nutsati and includes my relatives. DFAT do zero to assist with urgent medical aid. ZERO.
14. Albert Tully DFAT Executive Officer Wow! A DFAT Exec. In a Lie -Filled email of Wed 5 March 2014 at 03:28AM yet again writes glowing clap-trap of what DFAT are doing for me. The reality, I'm sad to report is at some variance. DFAT deliberately interfere in my hospital stay by causing trouble with the staff in phone calls to them, to get me thrown back into general population. Which isn't needed as the jail staff are following closely the AFP Plan for me anyway: Death. Death by any means.
15. Julie Forrest DFAT Consular Emergency Centre, in her contemptible email of Wed 09 July 2914 at 12:36 with More Lies about me to my family about my dire medical condition. They fill their emails with stuff I did not speak about. Whatever is DFAT up to? It is sheer evil and that, over many years. I'm in extremis and DFAT talks dribble to my family about tooth brushes & shampoo!
16. Brian Diamond DFAT Executive Officer, Email of Fri 29 August 2014 at 09:19PM States Lies about occurrences in court. There was no English translator and where did the Executive Officer at DFAT get his information from? Where & from Whom? I accuse DFAT of working in lockstep with the AFP. Again.
17. Kim Lamb OAM Assistant Director DFAT Consular Operations - Canberra, Email of Wed 08 October 2014 at 09:25AM Writes fantastical & absurd Lies about me. I'm crippled and DFAT are happy with whatever they say, the jail staff tell them. They refuse to mention to my family that I accused multiple DFAT Consular Officials of working to murder me. I had then and have now Severe Axonal Neuropathy with Spinal injury due massive untreated infections; and DFAT did absolutely zero to assist me in stopping the infections and acted from their sinister meetings with the AFP over what care and outcomes those malignant and grotesque creatures wanted from this.
My right leg is black from infections and DFAT make light of it to my family. Mr Lamb has stated malicious falsehoods with view to murder me. If my family knew how bad it was, serious action would have been taken here in Australia and DFAT did not want that. On entry into Siam Square Hospital I am admitted immediately and that night undergo EMERGENCY FASCIOTOMY SURGERY TO RELEASE LITRES OF BLACK AND GREEN PUS FROM MY MASSIVELY BLOATED RIGHT LEG. My legs are obscenely scared for life. I never walk again.
I accuse DFAT of doing everything they can to facilitate this emergency; by working in closely in secret meetings with the AFP and jail staff, as told me by the Australian Consul to Thailand Donna BENGTSON in her jail visit of Tuesday the 18 October, 2016 at 09:45. Also In a jail visit on Wednesday 22 April, 2015 at 11:00 by the first Consular assistant "Ms Geab" Viputpan Nutsati (Visithsiri).; she replied when I asked "Is there any AFP interference?" She said categorically "I wish they wouldn't get involved."
I accuse the Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade of breaching all their Duty of Care Guidelines and further, the whole Code of Ethical Conduct. Simply put: DFAT Officials tried to murder me. When I returned to Australia DFAT admitted to me they didn't have a complaints procedures process: Zero. Do they now? Who knows with DFAT ...
COMMONWEALTH OMBUDSMAN - It took Mr Michael Buss Assistant Director of Investigations Commonwealth Ombudsman in my complaint application to him to FORCE a response from DFAT, the skulking Federal police & the Attorney General to my detailed and voluminous complaints. I EVENTUALLY RECEIVED ONE LINE RESPONSES ABSOLVING THESE THREE DEPARTMENTS OF ALL GUILT. In addition, Buss lied to pervert the course of justice in stating the statute of limitations was past - it wasn't, and then refused to actually investigate anyone. This thing just restated the AFP press statement's as found in defamatory articles of the Sydney Morning Herald. So yet another Federal Government department leech-like blood sucking the Australian taxpayer funds with zero positive benefit. Certainly Accountability is dead with a bloated creature like Buss crawling the corridors of Canberra. He subverts an important Federal Government Department for oversight into a South East Asian smoke & mirrors style Government: Corruption sleeps comfortably with him. Actually on a personal note I feel if they sack him he'd fit right in with the Federal police!

Matthew Holloway DFAT Consular Emergency Centre, Email of Thurs 23 October 2014 at 11:53AM states incredulous Lies about me and harps on about prison guards in the hospital, the treatment cost BUT ZERO ABOUT MY NEAR DEATH ON THE SURGERY TABLE. Mr Holloway is a despicable, reprehensible governmental creature that makes light of another's medical catastrophe.
19. Julie Forrest DFAT Consular Operations- Canberra, Email Thurs 30 October 2014 at 01:17PM In response to my family's Wed 29 October 2014 email to DFAT of deepest concern over this surgery. This monstrous creature of evil Julie Forrest Lies through her malignant teeth when my family "call DFAT out over how my legs got that bad". DFAT saw with their own eyes in the months - Years! preceeding how bad my lower legs were - Black and Green and swollen; The Veins going up to my knees were BLACK! And further, in this despicable creature Forrest's email of Fri 23 January 2015, I did not refuse physiotherapy in Siam Square hospital. I attended physio each and every day. Even when I was wheeled in on a stretcher I tried my best. Forrest needs jailing over her lies about me to my family. This creature caused that much grief; it's emails were monumentally damaging.
DFAT were exceeding happy about my in extremis medical state. And did everything they could to facilitate it! They refused point blank to inform my family of their evil actions. Not until outside intervention occurred at Bangkok's Siam Square hospital, with the attending Doctor stating "You would have died if you were another day later in seeing me." Thank you Doctor Sorawit Wichitponkul, I owe you my life.

20. Michael Nangle a so-called "Executive Officer" at DFAT Consular Emergency Centre, Email of Thurs 7 May 2015 at 11:17PM This whole email is a manufactured lie. What I said, what I did: a complete fabrication. Michael Nangle is a despicable, reprehensible character out of some unbelievable nightmarish realm. Three pages of Lies to my family.
21. Jane Keating DFAT Consular Operations- Canberra Fri Aug 12, 2016 at 2:59 PM email mentions only Lies about my care. Not one mention of my multiple letters and their contents to DFAT over zero medical treatment and continued serious bloated leg issues. Ms Keating is happy to list the AFP crimes but zero about DFAT not helping me. Also 8,700 baht was deposited into my account on the same day the AFP paid or influenced the senior jail staff to enter and stand in front of me in general population in the Bangkok Remand Prison, harrassing me directly. Another case of DFAT working in with the federal police to emotionally torment me and break me. No doubt my readers will surmise they failed.
21. Casey Parker DFAT Consular Operations - Canberra in his email(s) & of Mon 10 October 2016 at 12:23 to my relatives that "Mr Potterton entered the room sliding on the floor, no wheelchair." Mr Parker stated zero outrage over this from DFAT Consular staff and of course zero that DFAT helped in any way. I accuse Casey Parker of involvement in my torture and making a living from another's misery. What a creature! Parker also states Lies about the medical care I received to my deeply concerned family. I desperately needed urgent medical care over my broken legs and Mr Casey Parker Lies that I agreed with any dribble the Consul said. I DID NOT. So more Lies to my relatives back in Australia.
In Casey Parker's email to relatives of Thur 20 October 2016 at 12:07PM he states my complaint of the AFP entering the prison and harrassing me. So DFAT were quite aware of the AFP illegal activities. Parker is yet another obscene, bloated DFAT official in writing lines about crimes I did not commit and sentences I have no paperwork on. I contend DFAT got all their information directly from meetings with the AFP. It certainly sounds like the AFP.
22. Mr Joel Judge Consular Officer DFAT - Canberra, His email of Thursday 15 December 2016 at 4:41PM States that Consular Officials received by fax a copy of my court paperwork. QUESTION: Who sent that fax to DFAT? That is the evidence string that, I believe, will show the Australian Federal Police are in cohorts with DFAT about me.
And Joel Judges email of Thur 22 December 2016 No Time Stamp seen, Yet again Judge states Lies about what DFAT Consular staff will do. Zero happened regarding my care; in fact I was mistreated badly in that the immigration detention centre tried to make me walk "As per a phone call from your embassy." Joel Judge has colluded with DFAT Bangkok in yet more torture of me; and abhorrent Lies to my woebegone family.
23. Maxine Hewitt Consular Officer DFAT - Canberra, Email of Thurday 29 December 2016 at 12:37 PM omitted another illegal activity of the Australian Consul Val Methe in Immigration Detention Centre. That she dailed a large multi-digit number before handing me her phone to call relatives back in Australia. I contend this DFAT employee was working in closely with the AFP, yet again, to illegally record private conversations and to glean any skerrick of information they could use. All they got was a voice message of me asking for funds for a flight back to get urgent medical attention.
I am also threatened to say good things about DFAT and the great work you've read they have done. Food is withdrawn, and I'm left starving again to think about DFAT's abundant generousity. After day's of not eating, Ms "Geab" visits IDC on Friday 20 January 2016 at around 2PM and says she's cancelled my Fitness To Fly Medical that was arranged at a local hospital and says "Forget the 'Fitness To Fly' medical - you'd fail it." I agree to anything to return to Australia and out of DFAT's clutches. On my return Australia, I am immediately admitted in hospital for a six (6) month stay by NSW Health.
I despairingly accuse these wretched Australian Consuls to Thailand Ms Amanda Spencer, Trudy McGowen, Jane Keating, Donna Bengtson and Val Methe; without omitting the Sincerely Honourable Ms Julie Bishop as their Minister, of attempted murder, complete interference to deny me any medical care that resulted in my near death and multiple disabilities that I will live with for the rest of my life. In arranging that I be repeatedly raped over months into years; of writing malicious falsehoods to my inconsolable family back in Australia and otherwise painting rosy pictures of their prim and proper professionalism. And of holding secret meetings with the Australian Federal police to plan and take instructions from them, with view to kill me; in brief that I do not survive this experience

I also accuse the Attorney General of Australia Senator the Hon. George Henry Brandis of issuing a letter of diplomatic immunity waiver for John Tanti to fabricate the appearance of full support from the Australian Federal Government in a foreign country against me. Then remove said letter from the military junta court documents. I confirm it is missing even though the military junta judge confirmed receipt on the 27 August 2014.

I understand you'd think from the AFP press releases, that I must have a raft of social media sites? No, I don't - never have. So it's email, or nothing. And lastly, I'd like a formal written apology as a start from these three departments to my 70 pages of detailed accusations I registered mail them in 2018. It sickened me that much I was referred to and attended hospital for specialist care.
